At The Cultural Arts Center, the health and comfort of our patrons, artists, students, faculty, and staff are extremely important to us. We are monitoring the developing COVID-19 situation very closely and following all guidelines from local authorities, the Virginia Department of Health and the CDC. Our box office and Guest Services staff are also available at email@example.com to answer any questions or concerns.
The Cultural Arts Center is open to the public! We have and will continue enhanced cleaning and sanitizing procedures and are requiring masks (at all times while inside the building) to maximize protecting our patrons, visitors and staff.
As always, The Center’s staff is diligently working hard to keep our venue clean and sanitized, and we are taking extra steps to ensure the safest possible environment for our visitors. Even with our heightened efforts, we encourage you to keep the below items in mind to help prevent the spread of illness:

As result, we are taking action to postpone or, in some cases, cancel the following performances:

We apologize for any inconvenience this decision may cause. We understand that so many of you were looking forward to the above events and we will continue to announce rescheduled dates for postponed events as soon we are able to do so. Ticket buyers will also be contacted directly regarding refunds. Refunds for all shows have already been issued onto gift cards that will be held in a special will-call until we re-open. (Our gift cards do not expire.) Once we re-open, you are welcome to come by and pick up your gift card, or you may leave it with us and redeem it for tickets for next season. If you wish to donate your ticket amount back to The Cultural Arts Center, that would also be most appreciated as we work to re-open stronger then ever! Please note: Due to high call volume, we ask that you please direct all questions or concerns regarding tickets to our Guest Services staff by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our staff will work remotely during periods when The Center may be closed to the public. We will continue to respond by phone or email, and will continue to be in touch with updates as the need arises. We value your support and look forward to seeing you at future events at The Center! Here are a few ways you can help:
1. Stay Informed. If you have plans to attend an arts and cultural activity, check that organization’s social media and website for updates and communications.
2. If you choose to stay home from arts and cultural events, consider donating your unused ticket back to the organization.
3. If you have the resources, consider making a financial donation to arts or cultural organizations.
