Using white, milk and dark chocolates and vanilla candies, students will flavor and create lollipops, cookie pops, decorated molded candies, peanut butter cups, crispy clusters, and more!

Cake Decorating & Design with Fondant
Ann Spark
Learn intermediate confectionary arts skills while designing and decorating cakes. Prepare, frost and decorate cakes with a variety of techniques using buttercream and fondant icings. Specialty tips and tools will be used to create borders, flowers, and unique seasonal and special occasion decorations for each cake. Prepared and frosted cakes required for most classes. Most supplies included.

Round, star, leaf and specialty tips will be used to create borders, flowers, and unique seasonal and special occasion decorations for each cake. Prepared and frosted cakes required for most classes.
