Cake Decorating & Design with Fondant

Ann Spark

Learn intermediate confectionary arts skills while designing and decorating cakes. Prepare, frost and decorate cakes with a variety of techniques using buttercream and fondant icings. Specialty tips and tools will be used to create borders, flowers, and unique seasonal and special occasion decorations for each cake. Prepared and frosted cakes required for most classes. Most supplies included.

Learn basic confectionary arts skills while designing and decorating cakes. Prepare, frost, and decorate cakes with a variety of techniques using buttercream and color flow icings. Round, star, leaf and specialty tips will be used to create borders, flowers, and unique seasonal and special occasion decorations for each cake. Prepared and frosted cakes required for most classes.
