Chocolate Factory (ages 13-17)
Ann Spark
Using white, milk & dark chocolates and vanilla candies, students will flavor and create lollipops, cookie pops, decorated molded candies, peanut butter cups, crispy clusters and more!

Cake Decorating & Design with Fondant (ages 13-17)
Ann Spark
Learn intermediate confectionary arts skills while designing and decorating cakes. Prepare, frost and decorate with a variety of techniques using buttercream and fondant icings. Round, star, leaf and specialty tips will be used to create borders, flowers and unique and special occasion decorations for each cake. Prepared and frosted cakes required for most classes. Most supplies included. Prerequisite: Cake Dec & Design.

Cake Decorating & Design (ages 13-17)

Learn basic confectionary arts skills while designing and decorating cakes. Prepare, frost and decorate with a variety of techniques using buttercream icing. Cupcakes (ages 13-17)
Ann Spark
Students will learn to fill and decorate cupcakes with new and classic techniques with a variety of flavors and accessories. Students must bring one dozen unfrosted cupcakes to class.
